My most important mission in tattooing is to create a space where all are welcome, respected, and safe. Historically, tattooing has been a fairly segregated space, with a lot of misinformation swirling - for instance, "you can't do color tattoos on darker skin." You CAN do color on darker skin! And I want to be part of a tattoo culture that's more honest, more inclusive, and more equitable all the time.

To that end, I'm offering free, no-strings-attached color tests to my BIPOC clientele. These tiny designs will let us see how different colors heal, so you'll have as much information as possible before committing to a full-color tattoo. We can choose a color palette specific to your intended eventual design ("I want a red dragon, let's do lots of reds" etc), or we could do a full color spectrum, to see what works best for your skin tone.

Color tests are free for those who identify as BIPOC, and $50 for those who do not! That basically just covers my cost of materials.
